I have had such a positive experience at OVME in Northbrook! Nurse Stacy is so kind, compassionate and well trained in her craft. She takes the time to listen to you and she explains everything she’s about to do before she does it. She makes me feel so comfortable, and she genuinely cares about your safety as a patient. She recently did filler in my chin and she is a literal artist! I am so happy with the outcome, and she took the time during the appointment to make sure everything was being placed in the right area, and does continuous safety checks during the appointment as well. Highly recommend!

I love going to OVME! I have been to two of their locations and I can’t speak highly enough about most of their staff! The VH’s ladies, Tamara, Dana and Lupe are amazing! Tamra is one of the best injectors I’ve have ever met! She is such a sweet person me I love seeing her. Dana, is the best esthetician i have ever been around to! And Lupe, is sweet and very informative when she is helping me understand my membership and all the ins and outs! I do wish Claire was at the front desk though. She was so personable, a breath of fresh air and very kind! Would be nice to have that same experience again. The NB location is just as amazing. Stacy, their injector is so fun and just a good human! She is amazing at her craft! I met someone new when I was there yesterday and I believe he is the mgr! Wonderful! Now that is what a front desk welcoming should feel like! You won’t be disappointed by going to OVME! I used to pop in VH’s just for a pick me up bc the ladies were so fun! My biggest disappointment is that the B-12 shots that are part of the membership are now a waste of money bc you can’t grab your 4 syringes for the month and take them home. You now have to go in and have them injected at the location. They should take these off the membership and add something more tangible or add a credit to your account for not using the shots.

First of all, what a beautiful med spa and the most welcoming & helpful front desk staff - SO friendly! I went to OVME for face fillers and saw Reema. She was absolutely amazing and took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend this place to anybody. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Love Ovme Northbrook. Everyone is super nice. Gaby at the front desk is the sweetest and my esthetician Claudia is the best. I legit text her before I put anything on my face because she’s so knowledgeable. I look forward to my monthly facials with her. Hands down, don’t sleep on this spa. They take real good care of you.
